Dear friends,
I submitted the audio version of this fun and frisky short story back in December 2019 (last year!). It’s September 12 here in New Zealand, and September 11 for my readers in the US (and other parts of the world.) I know for many September 11 is forever etched into our memories as a time when our lives changed forever. So much hatred, so much harm. Too many wars.

This story is set in Blenheim, in New Zealand’s sublime South Island—gateway to the award-winning wineries of the Wairau Valley.

Amateur matchmaker Cassie Roberts has only one wish—to help her best friend find a husband.
What she doesn’t realize is that sometimes love doesn’t come easily and destiny is impossible to predict.
When her efforts don’t bear fruit she considers abandoning her fledgeling career.
